In this episode, I talk to instructional technology coordinator Claudio Zavala @ClaudioZavalaJr about leveraging educational technology, whether or not students are creating enough content in school, and his success with his popular Flipgrid grids such as #singasong, #playasong, and #positivenoise. Claudio’s Bio:
Claudio Zavala Jr. is an Instructional Technology Coordinator in the Dallas Fort Worth area where he helps build teacher capacity to use technology to improve instruction. He is an Adobe Education Leader (AEL), Flipgrid Ambassador, Hoonuit Ambassador, Alpha Squirrel Certified Edech Expert, Soundtrap Expert, a Google Certified Educator – Level 1, and a SMART Exemplary Educator. He is also an Apple enthusiast. Claudio’s content creation comes from him being a freelance photographer and dabbling in cinematography. He loves spending time outdoors on his mountain bike and is an accomplished drummer and percussionist, having recorded 5 albums. He is currently the drummer for the band Fear The Radio.
